This achievement stems from our commitment to enhancing workplace efficiency and ergonomics. By optimizing the Karakuri material rack—incorporating an ergonomic design and a hydraulic pump as the power source—we have significantly reduced the need for workers to bend over while packing. This improvement not only cuts down working hours but also minimizes employee fatigue, fostering a safer and more efficient production environment.
This year, we took our efforts even further by enhancing the non-powered material rack and actively participating in an exchange session at Kuozui Automotive Ruijing Center. Our team had the opportunity to share insights with partner suppliers, fostering mutual learning and innovation.
