Total Quality Management (TQM). We listen to the voice of our customers and we respect them, therefore we are constantly improving our quality and our quality management methods to make our clients feel they are our main priority. In addition to the consistent production quality checks, we have been efficiently improving our quality from product planning, to production preparation, to the selection of parts and components, and also in after-sales checks.
In the last few decades, production TPS management system has been the essence of our manufacturing management and is also crucial to incorporate design into mass production. Under TPS management, there will be continuous improvements in our personnel, in the machinery that we use, and in the materials: it will also allow us not to waste resources, to analyze, and produce real-time responses. Even in a “small production, big variety” type of line, thanks to Chao Long production system, everybody becomes a manager and will also be able to develop the “just in time” spirit to its fullest.
