Code of Ethics and Business Conduct

This code of conduct establishes the behavioural standards for Chao Long employees.

It encompasses areas such as labour employment, fair competition, anti-bribery, conflict of interest, data protection, and the correct use of company information. The code encourages anonymous reporting of violations and prohibits retaliation against anyone reporting issues. Validated reports will prompt further actions, such as training, policy adjustments, and disciplinary measures. Senior leadership will review indicators related to reporting and non-compliance to identify risks and allocate compliance plan resources.
